Are the prices fixed?
No. The displayed ranges are indicative and can change daily based on material, quality, quantity and market conditions. Confirm the final rate with our team.
Which scrap items do you collect?
Paper and cardboard, iron and steel, selected non-ferrous metals, selected plastics and some electronics/appliances, subject to availability.
Which areas do you serve?
Dharavi, Sion, Matunga, Kurla, Mahim, Dadar and nearby Mumbai areas. Availability is confirmed for each request.
Is my preferred pickup date confirmed automatically?
No. Your selected date is a request. Our team will contact you to confirm the date and time.
When will I know the final price?
The final rate is confirmed after checking the material and before the transaction is completed.
Can I update the price list myself?
Yes. In WordPress Dashboard, open Appearance → Scrap Nearby Setup. Edit the price list in the format Material|Minimum|Maximum, then click Save Settings.
Do you collect small quantities?
It depends on the material, quantity and pickup route. Share an estimate with our team so we can confirm availability.
Should I separate different scrap materials?
Yes, if practical. Keeping paper, metals, plastics and electronics separate can help the team identify material and discuss rates.
Can I send photos before booking?
Yes. You can share clear photos through WhatsApp to help us understand the material. Photos do not replace the final inspection and weighing.
Are all batteries and electronics accepted?
No. Some items require special handling and may not be accepted. Please confirm item type and quantity with us before arranging pickup.
